Since 1977, Every Body Texas has worked to support the delivery of sexual and reproductive

healthcare services in communities across the state of Texas. For nearly five decades, we have grown into a trusted leader in sexual and reproductive health in Texas and beyond, strengthening the systems, programs, and partnerships delivering family planning services.

For more than a decade, we have administered the nation’s largest Title X grant, helping over 193,000 clients access essential family planning and preventive health services in 2025. This program strengthens Texas’s healthcare safety net, helps providers deliver care where it is needed most, and allows clients to build healthier families and futures. Our work spans clinical support, contraceptive access, research and evaluation, policy and advocacy, coalition building, and strategic initiatives that strengthen sexual and reproductive healthcare systems across Texas.
